We have experience in designing and constructing buildings with an A energy rating, in both new build and refurbishment, and we have also designed and built passive houses (Passive House).
Ignacio Romera, an architect who graduated from the ETSAB, is a Passive House Designer certified by the Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt.
We have experience in design and construction using industrialised systems with timber structures, which optimise build times and quality, in addition to the environmental sustainability they bring.
Joan Soria, a technical architect, specialises in the structural calculation of timber, steel and reinforced concrete structures.
